Returns:

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES BROKEN?

Send me an email to orders@creativewairua.com.au with a photo of how the product was broken and we'll organise a replacement.  While we consider ourselves experts in packing our products so they will arrive to you safely.  But if it does arrive broken, just give us a call or email, and we will sort it out.

SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT?

Sometimes, while we are happily preparing your beautiful order, there may be a rare mix-up due to so many gorgeous products and orders going out. Just let us know, and we’ll apologise and resolve it by sending a replacement in the post straight away! After all, we're real people picking products off of the shelves for your order - not machines. The bonus is that, in almost all cases, you'll get to keep any of the incorrectly sent products,  Just a little apology from us.

Yes, we ship all over the world and insure our packages so  they arrive safely to your hands.

Everything is Handcrafted and custom made,  so our carvings are never the same...

You are purchasing a 100% handmade item. The wood is milled from its roughest state into a finished product. As a result (and as is common with all wood) there is a change there are minor visual imperfects (small knots etc) that are simply unavoidable. Wood is by nature an imperfect medium and part of the reason we love working with it, its tendency to lend character to each unique piece.
Our sculptures also vary in colour, structure, texture & petrified cracks are likely, any of these variations are POSSIBLE.  Generally, we don't accept refunds or replacement if you change your mind.  But we will help you with any issues that arise. 

 

CUSTOM PIECES?
Please note that with personalised or custom items, we're unable to give refunds or exchange, because you simply changed your mind. Our product is all hand carved so it will vary in the sketch or photo that you or Creative Wairua (us) supply. The Colour will vary, due to not every CARVING being the same.  Variation in pattern, structure, texture, colour, & petrified cracks in our stone are likely, the amount of abalone shell used will also vary,  any of these variations are possible so please take this into account when ordering your piece.
